Using ViewerPanel for LI-6400 Gas Exchange Experiments Analysis

L-Data 9/12/2009
ViewerPanel is a free online tool for analysis of LI-6400 gas-exhange
experiments.

It allows to :

1. Automaticly build line curves for one or several LI-6400 experiments.

2. Set the x and y axis of the curve to any of the measured parameters

3. Make average curves to compare different experimental groups.

How to start?

2. Upload your data file or files to the ViewerPanel one by one.

 3. Choose your x axis. It can be any of the measured by the device parameters or time.

4. Choose your y axis. You can choose one or more parameters. If only one parameter is chosen, the curves will have a shared scale. If several y parameters are chosen, the curves will have separate scales. The limitation is for four different y parameters simultaneously.

5. Click on "CreateChart" to Create your chart.

One y parameter : all curves are in one scale

Two y parameters : The curves have separate y scales

6. To average the curves, check the curves to average in "Visible Series" and
click "AverageSelected". An average of all the checked curves will be added to the chart with x and y standard deviation bars at each point. You can make any number of average curves. To hide curves, uncheck them from "VisibleSeries" and click "Update".

7. To rename a curve, choose it from "RenameSeries" combo box, enter its new name in the text box and click "Update"
